Though testing is not readily available to the public, through a knowledge of all vendors and their means of production we can reasonably and adaptively assure our market goers that all products are non GMO or recycled and handmade. If you would like to vend or would like to know more about being non-GMO and the benefits please contact Nathan Schwartz at 561-504-5507. Alternatively to calling, you can show up same day on a first come first serve basis. We will not alienate you if you have GMO products and welcome inquiry as to how you can be non GMO. For a quick reference if it has any of these products you should have non GMO project verification:

Alfalfa (Medicago sativa)
Argentinian Canola (Brassica napus)
Cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.)
Creeping Bentgrass (Agrostis stolonifera)
Flax (Linum usitatissumum L.)
Maize/corn (Zea mays L.)
Papaya (Carica papaya)
Polish canola (Brassica rapa)
Soybean (Glycine max L.)
Squash (Cucurbita pepo)
Sugar Beet (Beta vulgaris)
Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.)

Though there are other GM crops and potential for contamination with other produce, these are the major cases of genetic modification in the U.S.
