Come learn about composting and planting seeds with Fountain Community Gardens (FCG). Help with their compost, learn how compost is made and drop in to see the garden and talk with the garden members. Learn to start a garden in free pots from recycled materials and get free seeds in pots you’ll make from recycled newspaper and paper rolls. Bring a small healthy snack if you have something to share. FCG’s mission is to enhance the surrounding Hollywood community by offering organic community gardening, artistic and educational opportunities, creating a bonding environment within a multicultural neighborhood.
